A critical member of our clinical team, the Lead Veterinarian is responsible for the ongoing evaluation and management of clinical practices, as well as patient care delivery. He/She serves as a mentor to the entire hospital staff encouraging the highest level customer satisfaction to our clients and exceptional care to our patients.

Customer Service Representatives
The ambassador of our hospitals, the Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the first voice that is heard by our clients and face seen when you walk through our doors. Strong communicators and those with a knack for organization the CSR sets the pace of the activity of clients and pets through the hospital.
The Practice Manager is the financial and operational leader of the Hospital. He/She works together with the Lead Veterinarian, Lead Tech and Lead CSR as well as CVP to ensure efficient day to day operations and successful financial performance. The Practice Manager leads by example to motivate and inspire the team to create a culture that provides an excellent experience for our clients and their pets.
