I mainly used the self-guided resources available in the Ginger app. I enjoyed all the different modules and that the app would recommend different ones to me based on what I said I was interested in. Due to the busy schedule of being a vet student, it was nice to have something I could do to better my mental/emotional health that was quick and didn't have to be scheduled, and I’m grateful that CVP made this available to student colleagues.
