Will I continue to work if I sell my hospital?
Generally if you are currently practicing yes, we look for a reasonable commitment to continue to work. After that it’s your decision.
Will the company tell me how to practice medicine?
No. All of our veterinarians maintain clinical control over treatment.
Can I use the suppliers and labs that I am currently using?
Generally yes. We have agreements in place with most suppliers and are a member of VMG. As for labs we have an agreement in place with IDEXX and would ask you to transition to them once your current agreement is up.
Can I still refer to the specialist that I currently refer to?
Yes. We don’t require you to refer to anyone and you will continue to work with the partners you have developed over time.
Will you put a CVP sign on my building?
No. We value the individual brands and reputations all our hospitals have built and are committed to maintaining them all. Community Veterinary Partners is a family of individuals as will stay that way.

What will happen to the staff if I sell to CVP?
We partner with you in part because of your staff and will do all we can to keep your current team intact. Your staff maintains the existing compensation model and is supplemented with the same attractive benefits package available to all CVP employees.
