About Karen

Dr. Karen Pearson started her journey with CVP as the Lead Doctor for Paradise Animal Hospital (part of the CVP community) where she built relationships and coached team members to have tough conversations and deliver great care. Making connections, teaching, and helping people be the best version of themselves drives her. This makes her the perfect fit to help aspiring veterinarians navigate their career paths as the current Director of University Relations. When out of the office, she is a huge sports fan rooting for the Hokies, Lions, Capitals, and Orioles with her husband Greg, two sons Charlie and Joe, and dogs Ruby and Simon.
