An optometrist and long-time vision care industry leader, Jason’s primary focus is the advancement of the CVP operating model in support of delivering great care and taking care of our people. Before joining CVP, Jason was the Chief Medical Officer of Visionworks where he delivered double digit growth by elevating patient relationship management and increased effectiveness with a focus on patient access and quality care. Additionally, he led the retail teams that consisted of over 5,000 team members. Prior to VisionWorks, he was the senior leader for Luxottica Eye Care North America, supporting 2000+ locations and 3000+ doctors to deliver over 3 million exams per year. Jason loves the outdoors, especially sharing his adventures with his wife, children and their dog.
