Amber has nearly 10 years of experience in Human Resources with a dual Bachelor of Science Degree from Kean University and Rutgers University in Psychology and Psychiatric Rehabilitation. Her passion is working with and helping others. With a background working for well-known brands, such as ShopRite and T-Mobile, Amber is a well-rounded HR Manager. She has experience in onboarding, employee and labor relations, performance management, training, compliance, and more.

Amber and her husband, Rich, love spending time outside and at local parks with their two children, Wyatt and Isabel, and two mixed-breed dogs, Leia and Nala.
