Dean is a graduate of Calvin University bringing over 30 years of experience in operations, executive leadership, and international growth to his role as Regional Director of Operations. Dean is a servant leader who develops exceptional teams to deliver outstanding results. He has extensive experience growing brands at Starbucks and Traveler’s Coffee Russia. Outside of work Dean enjoys spending time with family, his six dogs, travel, and outdoor activities.
